Improvements

- Friction has been reduced for end sections of the dragon's neck.
- There are now less unrendered neck segments - thus less simulation.
- Coin placement has been increased to make the game truly endless.

Bug Fixes

- Fixed horrible performance for most people.
- Moved most components to batch renderers.
- Fixed rough colliders on the dragon's neck.

Known Issues

- I need more obstacles and more hazards.
- Performance is poor on integrated graphics, need a toggle for the grass effect.
